Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At thethinks.in, we strive to provide a seamless digital experience. As our services are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon payment, specifically the activation of your platform subscription, our refund policy is strict to prevent misuse.

2. Subscription Fee Non-Refundable

The ₹100 one-time subscription fee is non-refundable once the account has been successfully activated. By making the payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have gained immediate access to the platform's features and resources.
  • You understand the nature of the platform and its rules.
  • No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or "lack of usage."

3. No Refunds for Inactivity

We do not provide refunds if you fail to use the platform, fail to generate referrals, or do not earn the expected amount. Earnings are dependent on user activity, and lack of activity does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Exceptions (Technical Issues)

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical glitch, the extra amount will be refunded.
  • Activation Failure: If payment was verified but account activation failed and could not be resolved by our support team within 72 hours.

To claim a refund under these exceptions, you must contact support with proof of payment within 3 days of the transaction.

5. Cancellation of Account

You may choose to stop using our services at any time. However, voluntary cancellation of your account does not entitle you to a refund of the subscription fee already paid.
