3. Subscription & Account

• Mandatory Fee: A one-time subscription fee of ₹100 is required to activate your account. Users cannot access earning features or withdraw funds without this active subscription.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
• One Account Policy: Users are permitted to maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.

4. Earning & Withdrawals

• Referral System: Earnings on thethinks.in are primarily based on valid referral activities. We do not guarantee any fixed income or returns on investment.
• Withdrawal Policy: Users are eligible to request withdrawals only after a minimum period of 7 days from the date of account activation.
• Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification of valid activity. Fraudulent or suspicious earning patterns will result in payout denial.

5. Platform Misuse & Fraud Prevention

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account termination:

• Creating fake accounts to generate artificial referrals.
• Using automated bots or scripts to manipulate the platform.
• Misrepresenting the platform’s services to others (e.g., promising guaranteed income).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, thethinks.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount paid by you to use the services (i.e., the ₹100 subscription fee).

Participation in our program is voluntary. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome. Results vary based on individual effort and market conditions.
